سياسة الشحن والتوصيل / Shipping & Delivery Policy

التوصيل داخل دولة الكويت:

• المدة الزمنية: يتم تجهيز وتوصيل الطلبات المحلية خلال 1 إلى 5 أيام عمل.

• خدمة الاستلام من المحل: نود التنويه بأن خدمة الاستلام من المحل غير متوفرة. يتم شحن وتوصيل جميع الطلبات الإلكترونية مباشرة من المستودع المركزي التابع للشركة، حيث تخضع لآلية إدارة ودورة لوجستية منفصلة تماماً عن منافذ البيع بالتجزئة (المحل).

الشحن الدولي:

• المدة الزمنية المتوقعة: يستغرق الشحن الدولي من 2 إلى 9 أيام عمل.

• التأخيرات الخارجة عن الإرادة: يرجى العلم بأن هذه المدة تقريبية وقد تشهد الشحنات بعض التأخير أو النقص في الفترات الزمنية وفقاً للعطلات الرسمية، الأعياد، أو أي ظروف وأحداث استثنائية خارجة عن إرادة الشركة (مثل إجراءات التخليص الجمركي أو الظروف الجوية).

• تكاليف الشحن والرسوم: عند إتمام الطلب دولياً، يدفع العميل تكلفة الشحن المقررة من قِبل الموقع.

• الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب: تخضع جميع الطلبات الدولية لرسوم جمركية، ضرائب استيراد، أو رسوم مناولة إضافية تُفرض من قِبل حكومة البلد المستورد وسلطات الجمارك المحلية عند وصول الشحنة. هذه الرسوم خارجة عن إرادة الشركة ولا يتم تحصيلها من قِبلنا، وتعتبر مسؤولية العميل الكاملة لتخليص الشحنة واستلامها.

Domestic Delivery (Within Kuwait):

• Timeframe: Local orders are processed and delivered within 1 to 5 business days.

• In-Store Pickup: Please note that in-store pickup is unavailable. All online orders are dispatched and fulfilled directly from our central warehouse, which operates under a different logistic infrastructure separate from our retail store.

International Shipping:

• Estimated Timeframe: International shipping takes approximately 2 to 9 business days.

• Delays Beyond Our Control: Please be advised that this timeframe is an estimate. Deliveries may experience delays due to public holidays, peak seasons, customs clearance procedures, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

• Shipping Fees: International shipping fees are calculated and paid at checkout on our website.

• Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees determined by the destination country's government and customs authorities upon arrival. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are beyond our control. The recipient is solely responsible for paying any applicable fees to release the shipment
