سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال — LULWA STORE

شروط الإرجاع العامة

يحق للعميل طلب إرجاع أي منتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الفاتورة، وذلك بالشروط التالية:

• المنتج في حالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم

• الفاتورة الأصلية مرفقة

• جميع الملحقات والتغليف الأصلي سليمان ومكتملان

لن يُقبل الإرجاع في الحالات التالية:

• وجود علامات استخدام أو تلف

• إزالة البطاقات التعريفية

• المنتجات المخفضة أو المصنوعة حسب الطلب

الاستبدال

داخل الكويت 🇰🇼

يتم الاستبدال داخل الكويت من خلال زيارة المحل مباشرةً فقط.

يرجى إحضار المنتج مع الفاتورة الأصلية وجميع الملحقات والتغليف الأصلي.

خارج الكويت 🌍

يتم الاستبدال عبر إرسال المنتج من خلال Aramex أو DHL فقط، ويتحمل العميل كافة تكاليف الشحن.

تنبيه: لن نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن الشحنات المُرسلة عبر أي شركة شحن أخرى غير المذكورتين أعلاه.

ملابس السباحة والملابس الداخلية

وفقًا لأنظمة وزارة التجارة والصناعة الكويتية، لا يُقبل إرجاع ملابس السباحة والملابس الداخلية لأسباب صحية، باستثناء ملابس السباحة التي يُسمح بإرجاعها خلال يوم واحد (24 ساعة) فقط من تاريخ الشراء، شريطة أن تكون غير مستخدمة وبتغليفها الأصلي.

طريقة إرسال المرتجعات

يتحمل العميل كامل تكاليف شحن المرتجعات، وتُقبل الشحنات عبر شركتَي Aramex وDHL فقط.

تنبيه مهم: لن نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن عدم وصول الشحنات المُرسلة عبر أي شركة شحن أخرى غير المذكورتين أعلاه.

خطوات بدء عملية الإرجاع

1. تأكد من استيفاء جميع شروط الإرجاع المذكورة أعلاه

2. أرسل الشحنة إلى عنوان المتجر عبر Aramex أو DHL فقط

3. يمكنك إيجاد عنوان المتجر على Google Maps باسم: LULWA STORE

استرداد المبلغ

سيتم رد المبلغ كاملًا خلال 7 أيام عمل من تاريخ استلام المنتج وفحصه، وذلك بنفس طريقة الدفع المستخدمة عند الشراء.

General Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition

• The original invoice is included

• All accessories and original packaging are intact and complete

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Signs of use or damage

• Removed product tags

• Sale items or custom-made products

Exchange Policy

Within Kuwait 🇰🇼

Exchanges within Kuwait are available in-store only.

Please bring the item with the original invoice, all accessories, and original packaging.

International 🌍

Exchanges outside Kuwait are processed by shipping the item via Aramex or DHL only. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Notice: We are not responsible for shipments sent through any carrier other than those mentioned above.

Swimwear & Underwear

In accordance with the Kuwaiti Ministry of Commerce and Industry regulations, swimwear and underwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, except that swimwear may be returned within one day (24 hours) of purchase only, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

How to Send Your Return

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns are accepted via Aramex and DHL only.

Important Notice: We are not responsible for any shipments sent through carriers other than those listed above.

Return Process

1. Ensure all return conditions above are met

2. Ship the item to our store via Aramex or DHL only

3. Find our address on Google Maps by searching: LULWA STORE

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
